Dr. Kristina Barreiro Robertson bases her practice of podiatry on quality of care. From an early age, she knew her calling was to help others. With a foundation of hard-working immigrant parents, her strong work ethic was established early on in life.

Originally born and raised in Miami, Florida, Dr. Barreiro Robertson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Miami. A proud Miamian and Hurricane, she continued to volunteer in the community at various hospitals, schools, and homeless shelters while participating yearly at Hurricanes Help the Hometown.

Dr. Barreiro Robertson then attended medical school at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL, and received a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. She went on to serve as a Research Assistant there, and got the opportunity to work closely with the 2012 U.S. Olympic Track and Field team.

Dr. Barreiro Robertson completed a three year podiatric surgical residency at Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach, FL, where she trained in Forefoot and Rear foot surgical procedures and performed numerous trauma procedures under the guidance of a wide variety of surgical attendings. There she acquired a skill for ankle fractures, Charcot foot reconstruction, diabetic limb salvage, Total Ankle Replacement, and various pediatric foot ailments. 

Dr. Barreiro Robertson is affiliated with East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, LA, Touro Infirmary in New Orleans, West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero, LA, and Children's Hospital in New Orleans.

Dr. Barreiro Robertson is bilingual in English and Spanish. She and her husband, Dr. Taylor Robertson, participated in the “Crippled Children’s Yucutan Project” in 2015, performing surgeries and clinical visits to help children in Mexico.  She is also a published author in various podiatric journals and an active member in the Krewe of Iris—the oldest all-female Carnival Krewe in New Orleans.

Dr. Taylor Robertson has always abided by the nobleness of self and mildness of character strength to not only lead but treat others with humility, integrity, and justice. He uses these qualities in his daily life and in the practice of podiatry.

Raised in the city of Shreveport, LA, Dr. Taylor Robertson graduated summa cum laude from Centenary College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Moving to Florida to attend and graduate from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2012, Dr. Robertson excelled at academics while being active in multiple organizations on campus. He was also elected by his class as the delegate for the American Podiatric Medical Student Association.

Dr. Taylor Robertson went on to complete a three year podiatric surgical residency at Memorial Hospital South in Hollywood, FL in 2015 where he received extensive training in Forefoot and Rear foot reconstructive surgery. Dr. Robertson was able to perform multiple procedures under the guidance of some of the top podiatric and orthopedic surgeons in South Florida.

Dr. Taylor Robertson is skilled in trauma, forefoot and rear foot reconstruction, diabetic limb salvage and wound care, achilles tendon and sprained ankle injuries, and pediatric abnormalities. As a board certified podiatrist, Dr. Taylor Robertson is affiliated with Touro Infirmary in New Orleans and West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero, LA.

In 2015, he and his wife, Dr. Kristina Robertson, were fortunate to be a part of the "Crippled Children's Yucutan Project", performing surgeries and seeing clinical patients in Merida, Mexico.
